1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") apply to the betFINDER Bot ("Bot"). The Bot is developed and operated by GDC Media Limited, outside of the United States and GDC America within the United States only, who are both subsidiaries of Gambling.com Group Limited ("Company") ("we," "us," or "our"). The Bot uses the services provided by Discord, Inc. through the Discord voice, video, and text communication platform ("Discord") but is not affiliated with or endorsed in any way by Discord, Inc.
By adding, using, or interacting with the Bot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any additional terms applicable to certain features or functions of the Bot. In addition, you are bound by the official Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, which can be consulted and viewed at Terms of Service | Discord and Community Guidelines | Discord.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must remove the Bot from your Discord server and cease all use.
2. Description of Service
The Bot allows Discord users to:
- Submit text and/or images through Discord messages.
- Automatically extract and process text from those inputs using OCR (optical character recognition) and AI tools.
- Generate a simulated betslip and reply with a link or embedded message representing that slip.
This functionality is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. The Bot does not facilitate, process, or enable real-money wagering, or any form of gambling transaction. No financial stakes, prizes, or monetary participation are accepted, managed, or transmitted through the Bot. All references to bets, odds, or betslips are simulated, non-monetary, and intended solely as demonstrative outputs. Users acknowledge that the Bot is not a gambling service or operator under any applicable law in the United States or any other jurisdiction.
3. Eligibility
Use of the Bot is limited to individuals aged 18 years or older (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher). By using the Bot, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the applicable age, you must not use or interact with the Bot in any manner. If you are a server owner, you are responsible for ensuring that their community complies with these age restrictions.
4. User Conduct
When using the Bot, you agree to act respectfully, responsibly, and in full compliance with these Terms and the relevant Discord policies.
You must not:
- Use the Bot for any unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, or harassing purpose.
- Upload, transmit, or share images or text that contain offensive, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise illegal content.
- Send excessive or repetitive messages, spam, or disrupt conversations or the operation of the Bot.
- Attempt to interfere with, disable, or disrupt the Bot's functionality, servers, or associated infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the Bot.
- Engage in or promote hate speech, discrimination, or harmful discussions, including but not limited to content that is racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise derogatory.
- Discuss or share content relating to animal cruelty, violence, suicide, self-harm, or similar distressing subjects.
- Use offensive, inflammatory, or inappropriate usernames, nicknames, or profile pictures.
- Issue or imply threats of any kind toward other users, communities, or the Bot team.
- Post, advertise, or solicit the sale of goods, services, or other promotional material without written authorization.
- Ignore or violate Discord's official Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
If you are a server administrator who adds the Bot to your server, you are then responsible for:
- Managing permissions and access.
- Ensuring members' compliance with these Terms.
- Removing the Bot promptly if it causes unwanted behaviour or policy violations.

6. Third-Party Services and Links
The Bot operates on Discord's infrastructure and is subject to Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines | Discord and its other applicable policies and rules. Your use of the Bot also constitutes your agreement to comply with Discord's community guidelines and relevant rules and policies.
From time to time, the Bot may provide links or integrations to third-party sites or services, including sportsbook or gaming platforms. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service. Any interaction with third-party sites, including placing bets or engaging with sportsbooks, is solely at your own risk and subject to those parties' terms and conditions.
7. Disclaimers
The Bot and all related content, data, and functionalities are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
We make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding:
- Accuracy or reliability of text extraction, betslip generation, or any other output.
- Continuous availability or error-free operation of the Bot.
- The suitability of the Bot for any particular purpose.
The Bot and its content are provided for illustrative, entertainment, and informational use only. It does not constitute betting advice, odds recommendations, financial guidance or any other form of advice. Users of the Bot are solely responsible for how they interpret or act upon any information generated by the Bot.
If you or someone you know struggles with gambling-related behavior, please seek help through your local support service (for example, in the U.S. call 1-800-GAMBLER). We strongly encourage users to act responsibly, within the limits of their local laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of:
- Your use or inability to use the Bot,
- Any errors, data loss, or service interruptions,
- Any reliance placed on any outputs or simulated betslips generated by the Bot.
You understand and agree that your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Bot is to stop using it and remove it from your Discord server.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, the Bot team, its officers, developers, partners, and affiliates disclaim all responsibility and liability for:
- Any real-money wagers or bets placed by users on third-party sportsbook platforms, regardless of whether such activity originated from or was influenced by the Bot's content, links, or simulated betslips.
- Any financial losses, damages, or outcomes related to betting or wagering activities conducted by you.
- Any discrepancies between the Bot's simulated betslip data and actual sportsbook odds, markets, or results.
Users of the Bot acknowledge that all betting decisions are made independently and at their own risk. The Company and its affiliates neither provide nor imply any guarantee, endorsement, or assurance of the accuracy, or outcome of sportsbook activities in any jurisdiction.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its parent and subsidiary entities, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use or misuse of the Bot or related services;
- Your breach or violation of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations; and
- Any infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
10. Third-Party API Dependencies
Some features of the Bot may depend on external APIs / Developer Platforms (including Discord's API, OCR, or AI models). Use of those features is governed by the applicable third-party API terms and privacy policies. The Company disclaims all liability for outages, data handling, or policy changes arising from such dependencies.
11. Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Bot, or any part of it, at any time without notice.
We may also amend these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Bot after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Bot, without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms;
- You misuse or abuse the Bot;
- We discontinue the Bot for any reason; or,
- The service becomes commercially or legally unviable.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the Bot shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
Users of the Bot waive their right to participate in class-action lawsuits against us.
